falls lake nc

does anyone have any thoughts or comments on how they would fish this lake thru the 4 seasons?

Is the deepest water in the lake just 10' or am I misreading the map? There's a lot of water to explore. Having never fished anything like it, I would think the man made locations would have a lot of potential, the majority of the season. That long bridge appears interesting.

That's a lot to answer for a lake that big. This particular map is just not enough to make accurate comments. However what you need to do is all in the book. Summer, longer flatter bars associated with the channel. Early season short bars, steeper structures outside the feeder cuts and as spring comes around, head into the feeder cuts and make sure you do plenty of casting the shallows once inside the feeder cuts. One of the best lakes in NC. John
